Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients prefer to schedule cleanings while they’re away. We’re fully insured and committed to professionalism and trust.
How do I book?
You can call, text, or message us online. We’ll walk you through a quick intake process and match you with the right service.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Absolutely. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible to keep our schedule running smoothly.
How much do services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the space and type of service. We offer free estimates and transparent quotes-no hidden fees. Prices listed on-site are more of a general estimate. An assessment of the property is needed for determining cost. We now offer Image to Estimate so customers can upload photos and receive an estimate within minutes without a home visit.*
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit, and digital payments including tap to pay, Cashapp, PayPal and more. Invoices are provided for every job.
Are you licensed and insured?

Do you offer pressure washing services?
Yes pressure washing services are available for small to mid-sized commercial and residential projects and include patios, fencing, siding, driveways, parking lots, sidewalk and walkways, roofs, gutters, and more.
What about handyman services?
Absolutely, Justins Cleaning Service offers handyman services including, Drywall patching, Interior painting, Caulking and sealing, TV mounting, minor electrical swaps ect.
What consists of a “deep clean?”
Deep cleanings involve a more detailed process and usually takes several hours to achieve quality results. If involves baseboards, windows, inside appliances, dusting top to bottom, polishing, entry point exterior window/doors, hand washing light fixtures and more. And of course your standard mopping, trash, and vacuuming.
What about move-in/out cleanings?
Similar to deep cleanings move-in/out cleanings puts more focus on cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances.
Standard cleanings. What is it?
This is more of a maintenance cleaning and tidying. These are usually made for recurring clients that want bi-weekly or monthly cleanings. It covers your standard dusting, vacuuming and mopping, trash, and outside of appliances.
What are the speciality/custom cleanings?
This is where the customer chooses a specific task for example a garage. Items like this typically are not done together with other cleanings. You ask, we deliver!
Does Justins Cleaning Service offer laundry services or dishes?
These items are not included to any of the services but can be added on for an extra fee of around $25.*
